Last week I had the awesome opportunity to head into Red Deer to capture pictures of the different staff members and aspects of the company for Prairie Bus Line LTD. It’s always a challenge to find the perfect location to set up a studio for staff pictures. A location that creates night lighting and has a nice simple background!
Arriving at Prairie I started off the commercial photo session taking pictures of all the staff members, and the we moved to taking pictures of the different school busses and coach busses. It was a new experience to find ways to take creative yet professional pictures of different busses…and really the location of Prairie was not the best for pictures…and the changing seasons from Winter to Spring is not the most idea time to capture pictures of building and vehicles either, but it did work out!
After we had captured all the pictures that were needed for the company portfolio, I took off to the training building to capture pictures of the First Aid Class in session. Again it’s always a fun challenge to find those shots that express the feeling of the event going on. To capture more then just pictures with colours, but to capture pictures with colours and emotions.
All in all it was a very fun day, and I loved working with the Prairie Bus Line people!! Can’t wait to do my next commercial photo shoot!
